Week 16 and 17 PPT updated.
Final Exam: 1.03 8:00- 9: 40 AM 1001 English News Writing JB426 35 Marissa & Han Xiao
1002 English News Writing JB427 36 Jonathan & Li Ping
You must bring the small AP stylebook with you to the exam. Make sure your name (Chinese is fine) is visibly written on the cover. I will notify the Class 2 examiners of the procedure for Section B, Questions 1-5.
Remember: You will raise your hand when you have reached Section B. After you have finished questions 1-5, you will raise your hand again, so an examiner can come and collect your stylebook.
I would like to ask that the monitors of each class (Celeste & Alexis) take all the books from the examiners and redistribute them to your classmates.
Class Grading Rubric (This is different from what appears on the website):
o 20% In-class assignments and graded homework assignments
o 10% News quizzes.
o 20% 2 outside writing assignments.
o 40% Final Exam.
o 10% Class attendance/participation.
